Aaron Smith-Levin Request for New Trial, Motion to Disqualify Judge

These are new documents in the Aaron Smith-Levin court case. He is currently serving a very short jail sentence on his guilty verdict from his second misdemeanor trial. I have done a Reddit post on these documents. I have been down a very deep rabbit hole which will result ini a huge amount of data being posted on this site within the next few weeks I will begin these posts probably within the next few days. In the meantime, here’s a look at what happens when, more two decades out, a person who has left Scientology still blames Scientology for their bad actions.

It shows he died in September, 2025, although we were not made aware until January, 2026. Note, The Church Of Scientology, International Still Lists him as their President today. I will attach a listing that I print out from their website today. Note, 6 months after his death, a dead man is still listed as the President of the Church of Scientology International.
