Scientology Does Not Want This To Happen

In less than 24 hours now, Scientology will be holding its annual International Association of Scientologists event at St. Hill in East Grinstead, England. Alex Barnes-Ross (no relation, though I would be proud to be related) has spearheaded a protest for the second year in a row.

This year it is going to be very interesting. Scientology does not want anyone knowing what they do. They are adamant. They believe the 48 people who protested very peacefully last year are a threat. They think these protesters pose a risk to the several thousands of Scientologists who attended the event last year. Consequently, they have applied for a PSPO – a Public Spaces Protection Order.

Scientology will do their utmost to ensure this protest is disruptive because they want these people banned. Their sole purpose is to draw attention to Scientology abuses. They have permits for the protests, they wear safety gear, they coordinate with the police.

In the meantime Scientology has not complied with the orders to remove illegally planted hedges, sent requests for event exemptions late, and not gotten event permits on time. Who is the one doing the hiding?
